On Thursday, March 12, 2026, the Al-Haraziya Al-Ulya neighborhood in the Sala District of Taiz City witnessed the handover of a residential building to its rightful owners as part of the “Returning Homes” initiative.
The handover took place in the presence of the Community Reconciliation and Consensus Committee, and involved vacating and transferring a two-story building belonging to the late Abdullah Saeed Saib Al-Jani, which was received by his sons.
This step is part of ongoing efforts by the reconciliation and social cohesion initiative to return homes to their rightful owners, in coordination with the Presidential Committee. These activities fall under the SPARK project, implemented by SAM in partnership with the Abductees’ Mothers Association, and funded by the DT Institute.
